I went to Mel’s class for about a month and it’s just awesome. During my period in the island, I was able to increase my endurance and fitness level thanks to the class. Mel, is highly knowledgeable and is not shy to share what she knows. Very helpful. The cherry on top is that Mel is super patient. If you forget a movement of a certain exercise, she would not hesitate to show you once more with a smile on her face. Which is awesome!
