We learn about the cacao fruit and how chocolate gets from the fruit to your wrapper. But do not forget Kah Kow is an organic plantation, where not only do they not use any chemicals or pesticides, but they are very strict with their methods. Once the cacao beans are ready to be pressed and heated, there are no additives, chemicals or flavourings added. Just simple, healthy ingredients! You can even get raw cacao nibs to fully reap the rewards of raw cacao seeds including its high magnesium content!
