Both classes are very unique in nature and include breathing exercises to start class and finish off with a short, guided meditation.
Each class is sequenced and different from one day to the next, allowing individuals to learn and challenge themselves in a tranquil setting. Classes are approximately 75mins in length.

Class begins with a breathing technique, leading into a warm up. One Qi Gong exercise to start then flowing into a vibrant flow of asanas. Focusing on quieting the mind and practicing body awareness, this class can be challenging both physically as you try new variations of postures and mentally as you practice engaging the present moment.
